I cannot recommend Dr. Lanny Brustein at Massage + Chiro highly enough! I went in with severe lower back pain that was limiting my mobility and making it difficult to keep up with my busy life as a full-time working mom of three. Between constantly lifting kids, trying to do "all the things," and spending long hours at a computer, my back had finally had enough.

What impressed me most was how much time Dr. Brustein spent getting to know me and understanding what was actually causing my pain. He didn't just adjust me and send me on my way. He carefully explained what was happening by showing me the specific bones and muscles involved, which helped everything finally make sense.

After just one visit, I slept better than I had in a very long time, and most of my mobility was back. The improvement was incredible.
