Dr. Lanny Brustein has a passion for being a Neuro-Musculoskeletal Specialist. His background ranges from wrestling, gymnastics, martial arts, grappling, fitness training, bodybuilding, and yoga. He believes that meal planning and nutrition are essential for one’s mind, muscles, and organs.

He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Long Island University on 5/12/1985. He attained his Doctorate at the Los Angeles Chiropractic College on 12/17/1988. He earned licenses in New York, California, Hawaii, and Texas. In 1989-90 he practiced on Long Island and in Manhattan in an Orthopedic surgeon’s office. He moved to Austin, TX, and worked for Hall Chiropractic from 1990-1992. He created Back in Action Chiropractic in 1992 and from 1997 to 2016 he practiced part-time & then full-time at Victory Medical Family and Urgent Care Center. He was also a Designated Doctor in the Texas Worker’s Compensation system from 1993-2015.

After surviving the Stroke, numerous injuries/surgeries, physical rehabilitation, fitness competition, and 35 years of practice, Dr. Lanny combined all his knowledge and experience and envisioned a Wellness center. In 2015, he opened Massage + Chiro, and utilizes his unique approach to getting people well fast, effectively, and affordably,
