Massage + Chiro chooses not to treat any open active cases regarding motor vehicle accidents or work related injuries.

If you’ve been involved in a car accident or work related injury and you have retained an attorney or working with insurance, we advise you to seek care at another facility.

During Appointment

The Licensee (LMT/DC) will inform the patient/client the type of massage that will be performed.

The Licensee (LMT/DC) will focus their massage on the requested area (‘s) of the patient/clients body in which indications are appropriate. The license (LMT/DC) will avoid certain body areas due to contraindications.

Patients/Clients are to keep underwear on during the massage.

The Licensee (LMT/DC) will state with intention that breasts, gluteal cleavage and the genital area will remain draped.

The licensee (LMT/DC) will not for any reason massage the breasts or genital area.

If for any reason, the client/patient is uncomfortable, they may ask to the licensee (LMT/DC) to cease the massage. and the session.

The licensee (LMT/DC) if they feel uncomfortable in any way has the right to end the massage session.

Comments, innuendos or sexual advancements (verbal and/or physical) toward our staff will result in immediate termination of treatment.

We reserve the right to refuse service.
